DJ-A96T - Digital three-phase current meter for switchboards

The DJ-A96T three-phase digital ammeter is designed for accurate current monitoring in three-phase systems. It can display the instantaneous load of each phase L1, L2, and L3 using external current transformers (CTs). The device offers a clear display, easy setup, and reliable operation.

Key features

  • Current measurement in three-phase systems

  • Separate display for phases L1, L2, L3

  • Measurement with external current transformers

  • Easy adjustment of the current transformer ratio

  • Large and easy-to-read display - 3x4 digits , height 14 mm

  • Compact design of the control panel

Technical parameters of the ammeter

  • Supply voltage: 230 V AC

  • Device power consumption: < 4 VA

  • Current measuring range: 0.1...5.5 A

  • Supported current transformer range: 5/5 A to 5000/5 A

  • Measurement accuracy: ±2%

  • Display: LED, 3×4 digits, height 14 mm

  • Dimensions: 97.2 × 97.2 mm

  • Cutout size: 91 × 91 mm

  • Depth: 45 mm

  • Power converters are not included in the scope of delivery (they can be purchased separately).

Functionality and settings

  1. Connect the device according to the wiring diagram.

  2. Connect the current transformers according to the expected current in the system (conversion xxxx/5 A).

  3. Connect the current transformer leads to terminals "kx" and "lx". The current transformer output must not exceed 5 A.

  4. After switching on the power supply, press and hold the "Menu" button for 2 seconds.

  5. Use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the conversion of the current transformers being used.

  6. Save the settings by pressing and holding the "Menu" button.

  7. When the load is connected, the ammeter begins to measure and display the current.

Note: For safety reasons, current transformers must always be grounded.

Technical characteristics of the semiconductor output relay

(This time the listed parameters refer to the solid-state relay - if it is to be separate, I can split it).

  • Relay type: Semiconductor

  • Control voltage (input): 3...32 V DC

  • Switching voltage: 24...480 V AC (not suitable for motors)

  • Switching voltage drop: < 3 V

  • Trigger current: 5 mA

  • Coil voltage: 3...32 V DC

  • Maximum switching current: 25 A

  • Insulation resistance: 2500 V AC

  • Switching method: Switching on at current crossing at zero crossing
